Shocking pink 3/8" nylon collar heavily embellished with flowers of soft light pink and pale peach beads.   The large flower has a vintage blue/amethyst rhinestone center.  The beaded foliage is of matte finish bright green beads with bright green pressed glass leaf beads.   Pink metal buckle.   The 3  1/2" beaded area is backed with leather.
